About Helena

Helena is a healer, coach, and facilitator with a deep intuitive sense. She enjoys helping people catch a glimpse of and begin to cherish their authentic selves. She provides practical and empowering strategies to help people connect with their strengths and integrate their super powers. 

Helena’s Work focuses on returning power to adults, youth and children who have forgotten their strengths or lost their gifts as a result of life’s traumas, challenges and misunderstandings. Drawing from over eighteen years of experience working with adults and children who see the world from a unique vantage point, she specializes in offering fresh perspectives, re-writing old scripts and mining the years of varied pursuits for a new direction. She works with the multiple layers and influences of the situation: energetic, ancestral, historic and behavioural, combining Energetic Healing Practices, Coaching, Art and a deep knowledge of ADD/ADHD, Trauma, Grief, Autism and Learning Differences.  

Training

Helena began training on her Healing Path in 2013 with Daniel Leonard of the Medicine Circle. She completed the one-year training at that time, and has deepened her work through assisting Daniel with many subsequent year-long trainings.

She now continues to train others: teaching with Daniel in Toronto, ON and in BC on Saltspring Island. Her work focuses on Healing the Ancestors through group and personal ceremonies, Extraction, Soul Retrieval, Energetic Space Clearing and Guiding Souls of the Dead Home (Psychopomp).
